Steak and Sushi
Ottawa Chef John Leung and Lee Wagner are partnering up with the relaunch of Steak Modern Steak House as a Steak and Sushi bar. I was asked to capture the buzz of there relaunch and enjoy some of the offerings that evening. I have known Lee for years and he has always brought professional service and great wines to Ottawa Scene. Chef Leung in my opinion is know for fresh ingredients and beautiful flavors to his dishes. How I did the Home & Land Magazine Cover Shot
So I have had a few people contact me how did I get this image to look the way it is. Well there is some photoshop bringing the details out. But in fact it is three images put together in one. So to do this you need a tripod. Take an image to expose to the ski. Take another image to expose to the house, and another image to expose to the foreground. As long as you do not move the camera, take those three images and put them on different layers, and erase what you do not need.
