Steak and Sushi
Ottawa Chef John Leung and Lee Wagner are partnering up with the relaunch of Steak Modern Steak House as a Steak and Sushi bar. I was asked to capture the buzz of there relaunch and enjoy some of the offerings that evening. I have known Lee for years and he has always brought professional service and great wines to Ottawa Scene. Chef Leung in my opinion is know for fresh ingredients and beautiful flavors to his dishes.
